FUNDRAISING TARGET We are hoping to raise at least $10,000 so we can rent out a space to support community organizing!
$20 supports online marketing on social media
$50 supports supplies for a round of volunteer training
$100 supports print materials to educate voters on the philosphy of this campaign
$250 supports the event supplies for one of our biweekly townhalls
$500 supports procuring a good set of outdoor speakers for our campaign events
$1000 supports an advertising campaign on one of the rights of the City
DONATION METHODS
A) Send an e-transfer to [email protected] (This is our preferred method) Please include your mailing address in the message to assist with bookkeeping.
B) Use donorbox for Google Pay credit card transactions
IMPORTANT DETAILS
The maximum permitted donation to a single candidate is $1,200.
You must be a resident of Ontario to donate to this campaign. Only individuals, not businesses or organizations, can donate.
All donations will be made public by the City clerk.
Unfortunately, donations to municipal election campaigns are not eligible for tax credits.
